Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 6th of Mangsir, 2082. This gathering will take place at the Sunsari Udhyog Banijya Sangh in Dharan-1, Sunsari, commencing at 11 AM on that date.
Among other agenda items, the AGM will ratify a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors’ 264th meeting, which convened on Ashwin 29, resolved to allocate the dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.21 Arba. A proposed 10% cash dividend (for tax purposes) amounting to Rs. 12.17 Crores has been suggested.
Additionally, the agenda includes the approval of the auditor’s report along with Profit and Loss statements, financial documents, and cash flow statements, the selection of an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83, and the election of three directors from the public shareholding group. There is also a plan to identify suitable banks and financial institutions for merging with or acquiring Miteri Development Bank.
The book closure date is set for Kartik 23. Therefore, shareholders recorded prior to this date will be eligible for the dividend distribution and are invited to attend the AGM.
