Makar Jitumaya Hydropower Calls AGM on Mangsir 26

Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company Limited (MAKAR) has scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 26, 2082. The gathering will take place at Surya Events, located in Kathmandu-4, Dhumbarahi, Anandanagar, commencing at 10:30 am on that date.

The agendas for the meeting are as follows:

1) Approve the annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82.

2) Approve the auditor’s report along with the Profit and Loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow details for FY 2081/82.

3) Approve the appointment of the auditor for FY 2082/83.

4) Other matters.

The book closure date is on Mangsir 12. Therefore, shareholders who hold their shares before this date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
