On the 23rd of Ashadh 2082, a share issuance accord was executed between Lower Mid Rawa Khola Hydropower Project Limited and RBB Merchant Banking Limited for the public offering of 10 lakh (1 million) primary shares, each with a nominal value of NPR 100, amounting to a total of NPR 10 crore.
The 4 MW hydropower facility currently under construction in the Khotang District has designated RBB Merchant Banking, a branch of Rastriya Banijya Bank, as the manager for the issuance and sale. The contract was signed by Executive Chairman Shambhu Prasad Ghimire and CEO Badri Prasad Pyakurel of their respective organizations.
