Lock-in Period of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Shrawan 4

Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited (GMLI) has announced that the restriction period for 112,500 ordinary shares designated for mutual funds will conclude on 4th Shrawan, 2082.

The firm had issued a total of 2,250,000 unit shares, which represents 30% of its authorized capital of Rs. 75 crores. Of this total, 5%, or 112,500 shares, were set aside for mutual funds with an obligatory six-month restriction period. With the end of this restriction period, these shares will be available for trading from the stated date. This announcement is meant to inform all investors and relevant stakeholders accordingly.
