LEC has successfully listed 75 lakh units of right share

Liberty Energy Company Limited (LEC) has successfully listed 75,00,000 units of right shares on NEPSE.

The firm offered a right share at a ratio of 1:0.5, distributing a total of 75,00,000 units to its shareholders between 16th Mangsir and 7th Poush, 2081. Out of this total, only 66,73,426 units were allocated to eligible shareholders of the company. The balance of 8,26,574 units representing the unsubscribed rights was subsequently auctioned from the 2nd Magh to the 9th Magh, 2081.

These same 75,00,000 units of right shares are now officially listed in NEPSE.

As of the latest update, LEC is trading at an LTP of Rs. 207.00.
