Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has proposed a 10.53% dividend payout for the fiscal year 2081/82.
In the board’s 314th assembly conducted on November 16, 2025, a 10.53% distribution from the paid-up capital has been put forward. The company’s paid-up capital amounts to Rs. 24.34 Arba. This includes 10% bonus shares of 24,346,572.23 Units and a 0.53% cash distribution (inclusive of tax) totaling Rs. 128,139,538.
This resolution requires endorsement from the Nepal Rastra Bank, after which it will be ratified at the company’s AGM.
