Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited

Today marks the final opportunity to claim the dividend proposed by Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB). The organization has also scheduled its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Monday, 29th Mangsir, 2082. This gathering will take place at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, commencing at 9:30 AM that morning.

Among the various topics on the agenda, the AGM will approve a 19% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The 476th meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB), which convened on 17th October 2025 at 9:15 AM, has resolved to propose a 19% cash dividend (tax included) for the Fiscal Year 2081/82, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Annual General Meeting of the bank’s shareholders.

The book closure date is set for Mangsir 16. Consequently, shareholders who held their shares prior to that date are eligible for the dividend payout and may participate in this AGM.
