Among the various agendas, the AGM will approve a 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The bank’s 319th board meeting, conducted on 21st Kartik 2082, has recommended a 13% payout from the paid-up capital, which stands at Rs. 4.87 Arba. This encompasses 3% bonus shares valued at Rs. 14.62 crore and a 10% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) worth Rs. 48.75 crore.
