Today marks the final opportunity to secure the 10.5263% dividend proposed by United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL). The company has convened its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30th Ashadh, 2082. This gathering will take place at Amrapali Banquet Catering & Events, located in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, commencing at 10:30 AM on that day.
In addition to other agenda items, the AGM will ratify a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The board of directors’ 61st meeting, held on Ashadh 04, resolved to distribute the 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81, which includes 10% in bonus shares and 0.5263% as a cash dividend (for tax purposes). The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 2.10 Arba.
The book closure date is Ashad 19. Hence, shareholders who have retained their shares up to this date are entitled to receive the dividend payout and are eligible to participate in this AGM.
