The deadline is today to seize the 7.8947% dividend offered by Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC). The organization has scheduled its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 21st of Chaitra, 2081. The gathering will take place at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, commencing at 11 am that day.
Among other discussions, the AGM will approve a 7.8947% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 155th Board of Directors convened on Magh 24 has resolved to distribute a 0.3947% cash dividend (for taxation reasons) equating to Rs. 78.94 lakhs, along with 7.5% bonus shares amounting to Rs. 15 crores. The current paid-up capital of SGIC stands at Rs. 2.00 Arba.
The book closure date is Chaitra 08, 2081. Consequently, shareholders who have retained their shares until today are eligible for the dividend payout and are allowed to participate in this AGM.
