The board of directors’ meeting on Kartik 11, 2082, decided to distribute a 31.57% dividend for FY 2081/82. A proposal of 16.57894737% cash dividend and 15% bonus shares is suggested from the total paid-up capital. The company’s paid-up capital currently amounts to Rs. 1.02 Arba, making the cash dividend worth Rs 16,94,14,078. This cash dividend includes the tax component for the bonus shares.
The book closure date is again set for Mangsir 05. Thus, shareholders registered before this date are eligible for the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
