This gathering will take place at the Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, commencing at 11 am on that day.
Among various agenda items, the AGM will approve a 15.79% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The board of directors convened on Falgun 24, where they resolved to allocate 15% in bonus shares and a 0.79% cash dividend (which includes funds designated for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The company’s paid-up capital totals Rs. 1.63 Arba. Consequently, the bonus shares hold a value of Rs. 24.66 Crores, while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 1.29 Crores for tax considerations.
