Today marks the final opportunity to secure the dividend suggested by Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB). The company has scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 6th Mangsir, 2082. The gathering will take place at Sunsari Udhyog Banijya Sangh, Dharan-1, Sunsari, commencing at 11 AM on that date.
Among various items on the agenda, the AGM will approve a 10% dividend for FY 2081/82. During the 264th board meeting held on Ashwin 29, the decision was made to distribute the dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.21 Arba. The proposed 10% cash dividend (for tax purposes) amounts to Rs. 12.17 Crores.
The book closure date is set for Kartik 23. Thus, shareholders who are on record before this date are eligible for the dividend payout and may attend this AGM.
