Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by GLBSL, MKCL, And GBIME

Today marks the final chance to secure the dividend suggested by Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL). The organization has scheduled its 10th AGM for 23rd Kartik, 2082. This gathering will take place at the Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta, commencing at 9:00 a.m. that day.

Among various topics on the agenda, the AGM will approve a 15% dividend derived from the profits of FY 2081/82 for shareholders. The 155th board meeting convened on Ashwin 08 resolved to allocate the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.58 crores. The proposal includes 14.25% bonus shares valued at Rs. 1.65 Crores and a cash dividend of 0.75% (including tax), amounting to Rs. 8,68,871.75.

The book closure date is set for Kartik 14. Consequently, shareholders registered by that date are entitled to the dividend payout and may attend this AGM.

Furthermore, today is also the last opportunity to seize the dividend proposed by Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL). The company has arranged its 7th AGM on 21st Kartik, 2082. This meeting will be hosted at The Silver Oak Banquet and Events, Gairidhara, Kathmandu, starting promptly at 4:30 a.m. that day.

During the Board of Directors meeting held on 24th Ashwin 2082 at 3:30 PM, it was decided to distribute an 8.42% dividend worth Rs. 5.89 Crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 70 Crores. The allocation includes bonus shares totaling Rs. 5.59 crore and a cash dividend of Rs. 29,47,000, which will be utilized for tax obligations on the bonus shares.

The book closure date is 14th Kartik 2082. Therefore, shareholders who remain up to today are eligible for the dividend payout and may participate in the AGM.

In addition, today serves as the last day to obtain the dividend proposed by Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME). The bank has called its 19th AGM on 26th Kartik, 2082. This meeting will occur at Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, commencing at 10 a.m. that day.

Included in the agenda, the AGM will authorize an 8% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The 459th board meeting held on Ashwin 25 resolved to distribute the dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 38.11 Arba. An 8% cash dividend (including tax) amounting to Rs 3.04 Arba has been proposed.

Kartik 16 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who are registered that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also participate in the AGM.
