Today is again the last day to obtain the dividend proposed by Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL). They have organized their 18th AGM on 29th Mangsir, 2082. The venue will be the Agriculture Development Bank Central Training Centre, Bhaktapur, beginning at 11 am that day.
As for other matters, the AGM will confirm a 13% dividend for FY 2081/82. The Board of Directors has agreed to distribute a 13% dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.85 Arba, which includes 3.25% in bonus shares and a 9.75% cash dividend (including tax).
The book closure date will be from Mangsir 14. Thus, shareholders who kept their shares before this date are entitled to the dividend payout and can join this AGM.
