Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) has put forth a proposal for a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
During the board of directors’ meeting held on Mangsir 10, the proposal for a 5.2632% dividend for FY 2081/82 was discussed. This includes 5% in bonus shares valued at Rs. 3 Crores and 0.2632% in cash dividends (for taxation purposes) amounting to Rs. 15.78 lakhs. The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 60 Crores.
The dividend distribution is contingent upon approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
