A total of 1,63,12,500 units of IPO shares belonging to Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited (SAIL) have been officially registered on NEPSE. This figure encompasses both the shares owned by promoters and those allocated to the general populace.
The initial transaction price is set between Rs. 100.59 and Rs. 301.77. Should the company establish an agreement with NEPSE, the IPO shares will become available for trading on the secondary market the following day.
From the entire quantity of 1,63,12,500 shares, 25,10,493 units of IPO shares, each with a nominal value of Rs 100, were offered to the public from 26th Ashwin to 29th Ashwin, 2082.
