A total of 72,60,000 shares from the IPO of Sagar Distillery Limited (SAGAR) have made their debut on NEPSE. This figure comprises shares owned by promoters and those allocated to the broader public.
The initial transaction range is set between Rs.106.52 and Rs. 319.56. Should the company finalize a deal with NEPSE, the IPO shares will commence trading in the secondary market the following day.
Of the 72,60,000 available shares, 11,90,640 units, each with a nominal value of Rs 100, were offered to the public from 30th Bhadra to 5th Ashwin, 2082.
Please note that these traded shares will carry the ticker symbol ‘SAGAR’.
