A total of 83,00,000 shares of Bungal Hydro Limited (BUNGAL) have been introduced on the NEPSE listing. This figure comprises shares owned by promoters alongside those allocated to the general populace.
The initial trading range for the debut transaction is set between Rs.100.88 and Rs.302.64. Should the company formalize an agreement with NEPSE, the IPO shares will commence trading in the secondary market the following day.
From the overall 83,00,000 unit shares, 17,01,500 units of IPO shares with a nominal value of Rs 100 were available to the public from the 16th Bhadra to the 19th Bhadra, 2082.
