The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal for Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Ltd. This endorsement was granted on the 19th of Ashadh, 2082.
As per the endorsed proposal, the company plans to offer a total of 5,860,000 shares to the public, representing 20.7067% of its overall issued capital. The shares will be available at a nominal value of Rs. 100 per unit.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking has been appointed as the manager for issue and sales regarding this public offering.
Bandipur Cable Car is a privately held company, established on January 6, 2013. It is launching a cable car and hotel venture in Bandipur, located in the Tanahu district of Nepal. The project will provide two types of services: first, transportation from the base station to the hilltop station and back via cable car; and second, accommodation and hospitality services through a hotel. This initiative has been classified as a ‘National Priority Project’ by the National Planning Commission (NPC).
