Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) is commencing the offering of its 100% rights shares today, commencing on the 22nd of Chaitra and concluding on the 13th of Baisakh, 2083.
The firm will be distributing 100% rights shares valued at Rs. 40 Crores through the release of 40 lakhs (1:1) units of rights shares to its current shareholders. The organization’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 40 Crores. Following the allocation of the proposed rights shares, totaling 40 lakhs units, the paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 80 Crores.
NIC Asia Capital Limited has been selected as the issue manager.
The book closure date is set for the 1st of Falgun, 2082. Hence, investors who possessed shares before this date are eligible to apply for them.
