ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) has put forward a dividend of 15.7895% for the financial year 2081/82.
During the 338th session of the board of directors convened on Kartik 23, it was resolved to allocate the dividend based on the paid-up capital amounting to Rs. 1.18 Arba. A cash dividend of 15.7895%, equaling Rs. 18.68 crores, has been proposed.
The dividend disbursement will occur only after receiving approval from the central bank and ratification by the company’s forthcoming AGM.
