Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (HLBSL) has put forward a 7% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 248th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 11 resolved to allocate the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 31.98 crores. 6.65% bonus shares amounting to Rs. 2.12 crores and a 0.35% cash dividend (including tax) totaling Rs. 11.19 lakhs have been suggested.
The dividend will be disbursed following approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and confirmation by the company’s forthcoming AGM.
