Himalayan Everest Insurance Company Limited successfully convened its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu, presided over by Mahendra Krishna Shrestha. The AGM ratified the annual report for FY 080/81 and announced a cash dividend of Rs. 21,87,63,773 (8.75% of the paid-up capital).
The external auditor for FY 081/82 was also appointed. Chairman Shrestha emphasized the company’s commitment to technology and talent for sustainable advancement, while CEO Anju Shrestha vowed to elevate the company’s reputation. Shareholders, including Jagannath Acharya, Uttamdatta Pandey, and Sudip Shrestha, conveyed their contentment with the dividend.
