Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has suggested a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 155th meeting of the board of directors convened on Ashwin 08 resolved to allocate the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.58 crores. 14.25% bonus shares valuing Rs. 1.65 crores and a 0.75% cash dividend (tax included) amounting to Rs. 8,68,871.75 have been recommended. The dividend distribution awaits approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and ratification by the company’s forthcoming AGM.
