Everest Bank Limited (EBL) conducted its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 29, 2025, during which shareholders sanctioned a 20% dividend consisting of 6% bonus shares and 14% cash disbursement for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The AGM also ratified the financial reports, modifications to the Bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, and the selection of a new auditor for FY 2082/83. Only shareholders recorded by Ashwin 23 were eligible for dividends. This meeting paves the way for forthcoming policies, earnings growth, and organizational reforms.
