Electricity Regulatory Commission Approves Issuance of Mai Khola Hydropower’s 100% Right Share

Mai Khola Hydropower Limited (MKHL) has secured final consent from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to distribute right shares at a ratio of 1:1 or 100% to its shareholders.

During the board of directors’ meeting on Chaitra 08, 2081, Mai Khola Hydropower (MKHL) resolved to issue 100% right shares based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 31.21 Crores in accordance with the directives of the regulatory authority.

Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 31.21 Crores, which will double to Rs. 62.43 Crores upon the issuance of the aforementioned right shares.

Please note, the company will proceed with the distribution of the right shares only following the endorsement from SEBON.

At the time of writing, MKHL’s last trading price (LTP) is Rs. 702.15.
