Eastern Energy is going on to develop Irkhuwa Khola ‘Ka’ Hydropower Project. The company has been granted a construction permit for the initiative by the Department of Electricity Development. This authorization was issued on Jestha 27, 2082 BS, and remains valid until Jestha 26, 2117 BS. The Irkhuwa Khola ‘Ka’ Hydropower Project is classified as a Run-of-River (ROR) hydropower facility with an installed capacity of 15 MW, harnessing energy from the Irkhuwa Khola in Bhojpur District.
