The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal for Daramkhola Hydro Energy Ltd. This consent was granted on the 20th day of Jestha, 2082.
As per the sanctioned proposal, the firm will make available a total of 3,950,000 shares to the public, representing 38.33% of its overall issued capital. The shares will be priced at a nominal value of Rs. 100 each. The IPO has been given a credit rating of [IRN BB-(IS)] by Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Limited, reflecting a moderate risk level concerning timely repayment commitments.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issuing and sales manager for this public offering. With the endorsement from SEBON, Daramkhola Hydro Energy Ltd is now prepared to proceed with the IPO process.
