Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited successfully conducted its second annual general meeting on Jestha 23.
CEO Pratap Man Shrestha commenced the session with an opening address and a summary of the company’s performance along with its future plans.
The meeting wholeheartedly endorsed crucial propositions, which included the Board of Directors’ report, financial statements for FY 2080/81, and the auditor’s report. It also confirmed the appointment of J.N. Upadhyay and Company as auditors for FY 2081/82.
Furthermore, Ishworlal Shrestha and Sunita Maharjan were elected unchallenged as directors representing Group ‘B’ shareholders.
