City Hotel Limited Announce Book Closure Date for 80% Rights Offering

City Hotel Limited (CITY) has announced the date for the closure of the book regarding its 80% rights shares on 27th Shrawan, 2082. Consequently, shareholders who owned their shares prior to Shrawan 26 are qualified to participate in the rights offering.

The company plans to offer 80% rights shares valued at Rs. 1.67 Arba by issuing 13,192,000 (1: 0.80) units of rights shares to its existing shareholders. The present paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.67 Arbas. Following the incorporation of the proposed rights shares, i.e., 13,192,000 units, the company’s paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 3.01 Arba.
