On September 18, 2025 (Ashwin 2, 2082 BS), Citizens Capital Limited conducted its 19th Annual General Meeting at its registered headquarters in Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
The AGM sanctioned a 16% cash dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 2081/82. Significant items ratified included the Board of Directors’ yearly report, auditors’ findings, financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow), and the appointment of auditors for FY 2082/83 along with their fees.
