During the 115th Board of Directors meeting held on Falgun 8, a total dividend proposal of 28.40434698% for the fiscal year 2080/81 was made. This includes 26.98412698% in bonus shares and 1.42022% in cash dividends. The total value of the bonus shares amounts to Rs. 1.06 Arba, while the cash dividend (after tax) totals Rs. 5.59 crore. The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 3.93 Arba.
