Chirkhwa Hydro Power Limited (CKHL) has scheduled its 6th Annual General Meeting on the 20th of Chaitra, 2081. This gathering will take place at Kundalini Royals, Attarkhel, Kathmandu, commencing at 9 am that day.
The following are the topics for discussion at the AGM:
1) Approval of financial statements for the fiscal years 2080/81.
2) Ratification of the auditor’s report including profit and loss statements, financial documents, and cash flow statements.
3) Confirmation of the auditor’s appointment for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) Ratification of decisions made by the board of directors in FY 2080/81.
5) Election of 5 directors to represent the promoter shareholders’ group.
6) Miscellaneous matters.
The book closure date is set for Chaitra 12. Consequently, shareholders recorded before this date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
