The current promoter of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) is putting up for auction 15,63,485 units of shares for interested promoter shareholders, effective today. A total of 15,63,485 promotional shares will be auctioned off. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids within 35 days from the publication date of this notice, which is 19th Falgun, 2081. Shareholders are requested to place their bids at the company’s central office located in Naxal, Kathmandu. Should there be no bids from existing promoter shareholders during the designated timeframe, the shares will subsequently be auctioned to the general public. SRLI has closed at Rs. 462.00. In a similar vein, the current promoters of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) are offering 1,00,000 units of shares to existing promoter shareholders starting today, that is, 19th Falgun, 2081. A total of 1,00,000 units of promoter shares from CBBL will be auctioned. The minimum bid price is set at Rs. 445. Only current promoters are permissible to bid in this auction within 35 days from the publication date of this notice, i.e., 19th Falgun. Bids must be submitted at the company’s central office, located in Mid Baneshwor, Kathmandu. At the time of writing, CBBL’s last traded price stands at Rs. 918.00.
