A total of 14,20,107.29 bonus shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Ltd. (SHINE) have been officially listed on NEPSE.
The institution held its 16th Annual General Meeting on the 19th of Poush, 2081, and approved an 8% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. During the 300th meeting of the board on 23rd Kartik 2081, an 8% dividend was proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.73 Arba. This proposal included 3% bonus shares valued at Rs. 14.20 crores and a 5% cash dividend (net of tax) worth Rs. 23.66 crores. These bonus shares have now been listed on NEPSE.
