A total of 1,500,000 bonus shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) have been listed on NEPSE.
The company held its 7th Annual General Meeting on the 21st of Chaitra, 2081, where it approved a dividend of 7.8947% for the fiscal year 2080/81. A cash dividend of 0.3947% (for tax purposes) amounting to Rs. 78.94 lakhs and bonus shares at a rate of 7.5% worth Rs. 15 crores were suggested. These same bonus shares are now officially listed on NEPSE.
As of this writing, SGIC’s Last Traded Price (LTP) stands at Rs. 554.28.
