A total of 6,18,588 bonus shares from Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) have been officially listed on NEPSE.
The company held its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 8th Chaitra, 2081, where a dividend of 9.2489% for the fiscal year 2080/81 was approved. During the 38th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 12, a proposal for a 9.2489% dividend was made for the fiscal year 2080/81. The proposal included 1.2489% in bonus shares and 9% in cash dividends sourced from a paid-up capital of Rs. 4.51 Arba. These bonus shares are now available on NEPSE.
At the time of writing, SRLI boasts a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs. 404.01.
