A total of 9,90,000 bonus shares from Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (MERO) have been officially listed on NEPSE.
The organization held its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 4, 2081, where a 7.8947% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81 was approved based on a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.32 Arba. The proposal included 7.5% bonus shares valued at Rs. 9.90 crores and a 0.3947% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) amounting to Rs. 52.10 lakhs. These bonus shares have now been listed on NEPSE.
At present, MERO’s last traded price (LTP) stands at Rs. 717.92.
In addition, 32,55,000 bonus shares of Sarbottam Cement Limited (SARBTM) have also been listed on NEPSE.
This company conducted its 6th AGM on Poush 26, 2081, endorsing a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. They proposed a 3% cash dividend, equivalent to Rs. 13.95 crores (tax included), alongside 7% bonus shares valued at Rs. 32.55 crores, all derived from a paid-up capital of Rs. 4.65 Arba. These bonus shares are now officially listed in NEPSE.
As of this writing, SARBTM’s LTP is Rs. 783.82.
