A total of 1,77,240 bonus shares from United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) have been officially listed on the NEPSE.
The organization held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 11th Chaitra, 2081, and approved a 4% bonus share distribution valued at Rs. 1.77 crores along with a 0.211% cash dividend (for tax obligations) amounting to Rs. 9,32,842 for the fiscal year 2080/81, drawn from a paid-up capital of Rs. 44.31 crores. These bonus shares are now featured in NEPSE.
Currently, UMRH’s Last Traded Price (LTP) stands at Rs. 584.62.
