ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) have formalized a pact to list the ‘9% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2088 (ICFCD88).’
As a result of this arrangement, 300,000 units have been registered at a face value of Rs. 1,000 each. The offering was available from 9th Magh to 13th Magh, 2081.
Kumari Capital Limited acted as the management team for the issue.
As its title suggests, the ‘9% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2088’ has a 9% coupon rate and a seven-year maturity span.
