80% Right Shares of City Hotel Limited Added in SEBON Pipeline

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has included the right shares of City Hotel Limited (CITY) in its pipeline for initial assessment. The submission was made to the board on Jestha 20, 2082.

The insurance firm intends to issue 80% right shares valued at Rs. 1.33 Arba by offering 13,392,000 (1: 0.80) units of right shares to its current shareholders. The company’s existing paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.67 Arba. Upon the execution of the proposed right share, the paid-up capital will expand to Rs. 3.01 Arba.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been designated as the issue manager.
