A total of 37,80,480 bonus shares from Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited (PMLI) have successfully made their debut on the NEPSE exchange.
The firm held its 8th Annual General Meeting on the 26th of Jestha, 2082, where it approved an 8.421% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. In a decision reached during the 23rd Board of Directors meeting on Baishakh 17, it was agreed to issue an 8% bonus share alongside a cash dividend of 0.421% (tax included). These bonus shares are now officially listed on NEPSE.
At the time of this writing, PMLI’s Last Traded Price (LTP) stands at Rs. 533.91.
