An agreement was established between Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) for the listing of “7% RBBL Debenture 2088 (RBBD2088)”.
As a result of the agreement, 2,500,000 units have been registered at a nominal value of Rs. 1000 each. The issuance commenced on the 7th of Baishakh 2082 and concluded on the 12th of Baishakh 2082.
Sanima Capital Limited served as the issue manager.
True to its name, the “7% RBBL Debenture 2088 (RBBD2088)” represents a debenture with a duration of 7 years and a coupon rate of 7%.
