NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is launching the offering of 50,00,000 units of the “7% NIC Asia Debenture 2091” to the general public starting today, which is the 25th of Chaitra, 2081.
This debenture, featuring a maturity term of 10 years and a coupon rate of 7%, will be available for applications from today until the 28th of Chaitra, 2081. Should the offering not achieve full subscription, the closing date may be postponed to Baishakh 08, 2082.
A total of 50,00,000 units will be issued at a nominal value of Rs. 1000 per unit. From the total units released, 60%, or 30 lakh units, will be issued through private placement, while the remaining 20 lakh units, amounting to Rs. 2 Arba, will be available for public subscription. For mutual funds, 5%, equating to 1,00,000 units, is set aside. This issuance is expected to generate Rs 5 Arba in total.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager. Investors can submit applications for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 25,00,000 units.
