Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has launched 2,500,000 units of “6% Nifra Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” for the general public.
The debenture, featuring a maturity period of 7 years and a coupon rate of 6%, will be available for applications from today, specifically from the 18th Jestha to the 21st Jestha, 2082. If the offering does not reach full subscription, the deadline may be extended to Ashadh 01, 2082.
5,000,000 units will be issued at a face value of Rs. 1000 each. Of the total units available, 60%, or 3 million units, will be taken up through private placement, while the remaining 2 million units amounting to Rs. 2 Arba will be accessible for public subscription. Additionally, 5%, or 100,000 units, will be designated for mutual funds. The issuance will generate a total of Rs 5 Arba.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is serving as the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 1,000,000 units.
