Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has prolonged the timeline for releasing 25,00,000 units of “6% Nifra Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” to the general populace and institutions until 25th Jestha, 2082.
The debenture, featuring a 7-year maturity duration and a coupon rate of 6%, was available for applications starting from the 18th Jestha, 2082.
A total of 50,00,000 units will be offered at a nominal value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Of the entire units being made available, 60%, which corresponds to 30 lakh units, will be filled via private placement, while the rest, totaling 20 lakh units worth Rs. 2 Arba, will be accessible for public subscription. 5%, or 1,00,000 units, will be designated for mutual funds. This issuance aims to accumulate Rs 5 Arba in total.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited acts as the issue manager. Investors are permitted to apply for a minimum of 25 units and a limit of 10,00,000 units.
