Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited is initiating the closure of 25,00,000 units of “6% Nifra Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” for public and institutional investment starting today, 25th Jestha, 2082.
This debenture features a 7-year duration with a 6% interest rate and was available for applications beginning on the 18th Jestha, 2082.
A total of 50,00,000 units will be released at a face value of Rs. 1000 each. Among these, 60%—or 30 lakh units—will be allocated through private placements, while the remaining 20 lakh units, valued at Rs. 2 Arba, will be offered to the public. Furthermore, 5%, equating to 1,00,000 units, will be designated for mutual funds, yielding a total fund raise of Rs 5 Arba from this issuance.
As per CDSC data, 6,211 applicants have submitted requests for 15,71,876 units, totaling Rs. 1.57 Arba, as of 5 p.m. yesterday.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is overseeing the issuance process. Investors may apply for a minimum of 25 units up to a cap of 10,00,000 units.
