The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given the green light to the rights offering initiative of Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL). This endorsement was granted on Falgun 25, 2082.
The firm plans to release 50% rights shares valued at Rs. 53.27 crores, which includes 15,981,255 (1:0.50) units, directed towards its current investors.
With a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.06 Arba, the company’s capital will rise to Rs. 1.59 Arba following the introduction of the new rights shares, totaling 15,981,255 units.
Global IME Capital Limited has been designated as the issue manager.
At the time of this report, HPPL’s shares concluded trading at Rs. 505.00.
