A total of 9,32,421.10 bonus shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) have been officially listed on NEPSE.
On 29th Baisakh, 2082, the company held its 16th Annual General Meeting and approved a dividend of 14.62507% for the fiscal year 2080/81. The board resolved to distribute a 13.5% bonus share alongside a 0.73125% cash dividend (tax included). These bonus shares are now available on NEPSE.
Currently, SLBBL’s Last Traded Price (LTP) stands at Rs. 1,048.89.
